Speier type corner fittings are used to connect waterproof roofing felt in EPDM to rain water drains placed close to walls throught bends with gasket which guarantees a long term seal.

They can also be used as vertical rain water drains.
They have a smooth flange to improve the adhesion to the waterproof felts.

The flange has some holes to improve mechanical fixing to the reinforced concrete and to the wall.

They are compatible with prefabricated synthetic membranes in EPDM.

Resistant to deterioration by the sun, ozone and other agents or chemicals normally found in the atmosphere.
They have excellent flexibility even at low temperatures.

The mechanical properties are maintained in the long term.
