The M-Tray® green roof system consists of specially-designed modular trays containing superior, engineered substrate and fully established flowering sedum.

IMPORTANT: These green roof products are live - unstack pallets on day of delivery.
If delivery is refused for any reason additional transport costs will be incurred. Damage or deterioration of the plants due to delayed
or refused delivery are the responsibility of the Customer.
Please inform us in advance of any special delivery requirements including restricted access and FORS.
All deliveries will be on a kerb side basis unless otherwise agreed in advance and stated below.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation of orders MUST be at least 48 hours before Delivery Date otherwise an
unstacking & repacking charge of £4.00 per M-Tray® unit applies.

Delivery will be attempted once to the delivery address on the purchase order as standard. Should the delivery fail all further delivery
attempts will be subject to additional delivery charges. Cancelled orders are subject to all carriage costs and a 25% restocking fee. By
placing a Purchase Order with THE ROOF SHOP the customer accepts these conditions.
